We know what works
The mental health field already has proven tools for healing, coping, and resilience.
About us
We believe finances should never determine who gets access to healing, connection, and the ability to support their community.
Our story
When 4C Mental Health first launched, people were learning evidence-based tools that changed their lives—and turning around and helping others.
But over 90% told us they couldn’t afford ongoing access, even at the lowest rates. So in 2025, 4C For All was created as the nonprofit arm dedicated to making these programs accessible to anyone, anywhere.

The gap
The mental health field already has proven tools for healing, coping, and resilience.
For too long, these tools have been locked behind academic walls, high tuition fees, and professional gatekeeping.
We deliver graduate-level, research-backed training directly to anyone who wants to learn.
I joined 4C when I was distraught and lost. My first class was ‘Understanding and Managing Anxiety.’ I had researched a lot of materials before, but this class hit differently; it was more reflective and personal. As a result, I've taken as many classes as possible, eager to learn whatever materials I could. This has helped heal many wounds. My psychologist says that it's miraculous recovery. To me, it's not miraculous. The true miracles were the classes being taught with compassion, easy to read, and the wonderful community support 4C has cultivated. I have been and will be forever grateful for this community.
