Frontline teams

Strengthening frontline mental health teams nationwide

4C For All is piloting scalable workforce support initiatives in four states. Programs support case managers, peer support specialists, mental health advocates, and community-based helping professionals through practical evidence-based training, emotional resilience tools, and ongoing peer connection.

These initiatives complement traditional supervision and workforce wellness by providing accessible, community-centered support between formal services and trainings. Early pilot outcomes have shown strong engagement and promising improvements in resilience, belonging, confidence, and hope.

I was helping strangers feel seen and heard. I was finally able to help others where I didn’t have it in my own past. It inspired me to become more involved with mental health awareness and advocacy.
